This week we noticed a few more liability cases in the news that really stung the night club security reputation.
Whenever I see this, I try to find the cause or causes. In the articles I read this past week… it appeared that lack of training was the issue.
If you’re in the profession, educate yourself! If you’re a club owner, educate your staff and pay them well.
It’s not an expense… it’s an INVESTMENT.
